Our idea was to present a good coffee to the people of Southern Portugal. As people living in Southern Portugal are used to consuming coffee from a few commercial and industrial roasters. Southern Portugal has only a few independent specialty coffee companies. We want to focus on quality coffee and speciality coffee preparation.

Our work with this natural product reflects the people we serve. We are passionate, yet practical. We understand the value of things. We love our history, keeping our eyes on the future. We commit to quality. From the coffee we buy, to the precision with which it is roasted and packaged, to our constant training and quest for knowledge.
